The Bournemouth & Poole College is delighted to announce an exciting new course offering you the chance to join a three-year apprenticeship working in some of our elite hotels, restaurants and catering businesses in the region. Living in one of the most beautiful and prosperous parts of the country we are able to offer many excellent and renowned places to dine out…which is where a chefs’ talents come into their own!

Sponsored by Coastline Produce Limited (leading local supplier to the catering industry) this prestigious apprenticeship will lead to NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Professional Cookery – giving you lots of practical skills and experience.

To apply you must be 18 years or under. We’ll ask you to pass an entry test, plus we’ll be looking for trainee chefs who are committed and dedicated to working locally to the very highest standards. Are you up to the challenge?
